BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Birthday Parties are one of our specialties!
We close down the play centre every Sunday so that you can hold a private party.
You can reserve the centre for a full two hours and have a great toddler celebration.

12:00 pm to 2:00 pm
2:30 pm to 4:30 pm

RATES

Reservation Fee $50 (plus GST) Non Refundable
In addition…
Charge Per Child $10 (plus GST) Minimum charge is for 6 children

The reservation fee is charged at the time of the booking and can be done over the phone.
The remaining charge will be due at the end of your party.
Example:
A party for 8 children
Reservation Fee of $50 + 2.50 = $52.50
Charge per Child of $80 + 4.00 = $84.00
Total = $136.50

COFFEE

Our coffee is supplied by Level Ground and is made fresh for each cup.
You can run a tab at $1.75 per cup and we will always cap it for you at $25.

BOUNCY CASTLE

If you would like the Bouncy Castle for your party there will be an additional fee of $30.   The Bouncy Castle can hold up to four children at a time and must be supervised by the parents at all times.  Please let us know if you would like the bouncy castle at the time of booking.

PARACHUTE

For extra fun plan some time for Parachute Play.   You can use the soft blocks here for bouncing or get creative – ask your guests to bring their favourite stuffies!   There is no cost to use the Parachute, but if you can give us advance warning that would be great.

NUMBER OF ADULTS AND CHILDREN

Minimum charge will be for 6 children even if less show up. You can have up to 20 children if you wish.
Please note that our maximum number of people allowed in the centre is 50.
If you are having a large number of guests, please ask that only one parent per child attends the party.
Don’t forget to include grandparents and other relatives in your total number attending.

FOOD

You are welcome to bring in own food. Hot or Cold.
Please avoid peanuts and all other nuts.   For safety reasons, we would also appreciate if toothpicks are not used.

We have a small grill available if you would like to do hotdogs. Please let us know in advance.

We provide: Table covers, plates, forks, spoons, napkins, cake knife and a lighter.

DECORATIONS

We do provide a small amount of decorations and it is not necessary to bring anything else in. But of course you are welcome to if you wish.
Please advise us if you are having a theme party.

Latex Balloons are not permitted in the centre.
These balloons are recommended for children 8 plus and we will follow those guidelines for safety reasons.
Foil balloons are welcome.

No Sparklers.
Unfortunately sparklers give off heat that can set off the fire alarm. Candles are okay.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
• All guests are required to remove their outdoor footwear.
• Parents are required to be within arm’s reach of small children.
• Older children should be reminded to treat the equipment appropriately.
• No using equipment for hitting, no throwing of equipment, no piling up under the slides.
• Trampoline use is for children 5 and under.
• Older siblings may be able to use some of the equipment depending on age and weight.
• No parents on any of the equipment.
• Food must be kept in the eating area (purple floor) at all times.
• Loot bags should only be given out as the children are leaving.
• Latex balloons are not allowed. Foil balloons are welcome.
• No Sparklers. Candles are welcome.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Please get prior approval from us if you are planning on anything other than playing and eating at the centre during your party.
Entertainers, Games, Pinatas, Facepainters etc will need to be discussed so that we can set up appropriately.

Reservations will be accepted over the phone with a credit card payment.
This payment is Non-Refundable. Call us at 250-474-7529.

Please book early. Spots fill up fast in the winter months.
